the location is great. it's an easy walk from umeda station even with luggage. the hotel provides awesome drip coffee.. i appreciated this detail. the staff was very kind when i asked for a soft pillow, and they happily provided one.
the hotel didn't have many food and beverage options nearby that served local cuisine. i found that inconvenient.
